How much does a website cost?
Every website is different in scope so it is impossible to give fixed prices that cover every scenario! We base our quotes on the time we will devote to your project and we establish this after discussing your particular needs.
What happens after my website has been built?
We have an ongoing relationship with our clients. We are exceptionally interested building an on going relationship by keeping on top of content or page updates as necessary
Can I update my website myself once it has been built?
Our sites are built to the highest quality standards and may take many hours to develop. We do not recommend our customers update themselves where experience has shown that problems occur. However we always give our clients access to edit their own website and host server if they so choose. (We always have a backup of our work anyway should the need to reinstate it arise) We also offer updates for clients at an hourly rate (most updates don't take long).
What is hosting and do I have to buy it?

Can I have a website just like this website I have found?
We can definitely design one for you just as attractive! However, we don't ever create the same design for two sites. We give every client a quality design tailored just for them. However, if there are aspects of other sites that you like, let us know so we get a clear picture of what you are after.
Can you update my existing site?
Most people come to us for a complete website design, but we also offer to maintain existing websites not created by us. However we hope you have the username and password to the server of where your existing website is hosted on else we will not be able to do anything other than copy the web pages (not databases or cgi scripting) and rebuild from scratch which of course often costs more than starting a complete new website.
Do you do work for non-profit organisations?
Yes, we have done work for charities, non-profit organisations and other good causes. We believe that it is especially important that these organisations have quality, accessible websites. Contact us for more information.
How long will it take to build my website?
The website development process generally takes 4–8 weeks, but this may be shorter for very straightforward sites or longer for larger or more complex sites. We will provide you with an estimate of the project length and our availability with your quotation. We will confirm the start date and schedule once our quotation has been accepted. You will get to review and approve the work at both the concept design and implementation stages.
What are your payment terms?
